rentUSAnow.com was conceived by Eveline. She is a fourth generation, real estate professional who has managed and has owned rental income properties for approximately twenty-two years. Both her great-grandfather (in the late 1800s) and her grandfather (starting in the 1920s) were commercial and residential landlords and, in the 1970s, her parents built houses for resale and continue to work in the real estate, property management and construction industries. Eveline brings centuries of real estate investment wisdom to this website.
